face-to-face time is in order
coffee was first discovered in ethiopia in the 10th century, and soon after a fabulous drinking ceremony was born. post dinner, women roast coffee beans and boil them in a clay pot called a "jebena", then pour several rounds of small, strong cups for their guests who drink and chat leisurely. this ceremony is still commonly practiced today in ethiopia and in neighboring eritrea, and is such a great way to catch up!
(oh, just as an FYI - i'm pretty sure there are no hot red jebenas in real life. they are usually brown or near black...)
